Choose equipment for your material
Plastic washing and drying systems prepare contaminated material for reuse as flakes or as feedstock for extrusion. Amstar supplies connected equipment for PET bottles, PP and PE film, and rigid plastic waste. Select the washing process and drying method together so material moves consistently between stages.
Match cleaning equipment to the waste stream
A PET bottle washing line combines cutting, washing, separation and drying. A plastic film washing line needs suitable feeding and dewatering for flexible material. Rigid plastic recycling lines use a different arrangement for bottles, containers and other hard plastic scrap.
Compare individual washing machines and drying equipment below. Contamination, material dimensions and downstream moisture requirements should guide the selection. Water use and treatment also belong in the project scope.
Specify the output before choosing machines
