Choose a plastic recycling line by material
- PET bottle washing lines combine size reduction, washing, separation and drying to prepare bottle flakes.
- Plastic film washing lines clean PP and PE flexible waste before downstream processing.
- HDPE and rigid plastic recycling lines prepare bottles, containers and hard plastic scrap.
- Pelletizing systems add extrusion, filtration and pellet cutting when the final product must be pellets.
Specify the input and the final product
Capacity alone does not define a line. Feedstock contamination, incoming dimensions, moisture and required output quality determine the process stages. Clean factory scrap may follow a different route from post-consumer material. Tell us whether you plan to sell washed flakes or use recycled pellets in manufacturing so the proposed system has a clear endpoint.
