
Efficient Plastic Film Densifying & Agglomerating Solution
The GSL High Speed Plastic Agglomerator Machine is designed for recycling and densifying thermoplastic plastic films, woven bags, raffia scraps, PE film, PP film, LDPE film, HDPE film, BOPP film, agricultural film, and foam materials.
Using high-speed friction heating technology, the machine converts loose and lightweight plastic materials into compact agglomerates, significantly increasing bulk density and improving feeding efficiency for downstream extrusion and pelletizing systems.
The agglomerated material can be directly fed into plastic pelletizing machines, extruders, or injection molding systems, reducing storage and transportation costs while improving production efficiency.

Applications
The GSL Plastic Agglomerator is specifically designed for processing lightweight and low-density plastic materials that are difficult to feed directly into extrusion systems.
It is widely used in plastic recycling plants to densify post-industrial and post-consumer plastic films, woven bags, raffia waste, packaging materials, and foam plastics. By converting loose materials into compact agglomerates, the machine significantly improves storage, transportation, and pelletizing efficiency.

Working Principle
The plastic film waste is fed into the agglomerator chamber.
Inside the chamber, high-speed rotating blades continuously cut, mix, and circulate the material.
As the material rubs against the blades and chamber wall, friction heat is generated rapidly. The plastic begins to soften and partially melt.
When the material reaches the ideal agglomeration condition, a controlled amount of water is added.
The water instantly vaporizes, cooling the material surface and preventing excessive melting.
The softened material then forms irregular but dense agglomerates.
Finally, the agglomerated material is discharged and transferred to storage or downstream pelletizing equipment.
