A highly effective machine for separating material streams by size, our disk separator is specially designed to separate a wide variety of material mixtures including but not limited to plastics, paper, and even metals.
WORKING PRINCIPLE
This robust machine is powered by two large motors that drive the rotors causing the disks to rotate. The jagged disks are aligned vertically with a specific gap size. As the disks move the material stream forward, larger sized material will remain on top of the disks while the smaller material will fall through the gaps.
We can custom build the disk and gap sizes as per your requirements.
