How Does the Plastic Film Pelletizing Line Work?
Step 1: Cutting and compaction. Waste plastic films are fed into the cutter compactor, where rotating blades cut and compact the material. Frictional heating helps prepare the film for stable feeding into the extruder.
Step 2: Extrusion and filtration. The compacted plastic enters the extruder, where it is melted and passed through a filtration system to remove impurities.
Step 3: Plastic pelletizing. The molten plastic is processed through the pelletizing system to produce uniform recycled plastic pellets, ready for reuse in plastic manufacturing.
