PROJECT OVERVIEW
At the CHINAPLAS 2024 in Shanghai, we had the pleasure of meeting David, a customer from Georgia, who expressed strong interest in a complete Plastic Bottle Recycling Line capable of processing both HDPE and PET bottles at a capacity of 500 kg/hr.
Following the exhibition, we entered into several rounds of technical and commercial discussions. David had a clear vision for his recycling project, and his communication was always focused, timely, and professional. With his input, we carefully tailored a solution that fits both his operational needs and the local recycling context in Georgia.
The final proposal included a full process line equipped with a label remover, crusher, friction washer, triple row floating tank, and a sink-float separation tank—a key feature for separating HDPE and PET flakes by density. For drying, the line is fitted with a dewatering machine and a hot air dryer, followed by a film and label separator to ensure the final flakes are clean and ready for reuse.
Thanks to David’s decisiveness and technical insights, the entire process—from proposal to confirmation—was completed efficiently.
P.S. David, we’re truly grateful for your trust and partnership. This 500 kg/hr bottles recycling line, now running successfully in Georgia, is a great example of Amstar’s commitment to providing high-performance, turnkey recycling solutions tailored to your local needs.
