This is a trial run of our 1000 kg/h PP / PE plastic film shredding and densifying line for a petroleum service corporation in Texas, USA. The processing line includes baled film shredding, granulating, washing and a densifying process.
The densified product is being used in a chemical recycling application which is becoming the new trend for plastic recycling in the United States. The materials being densified would normally be landfilled or used in a waste to energy application where they burn the material to generate electricity.
The new densifying process is more environment friendly and cost-effective.
