1200 kg/hr Agricultural Film Washing Line in Canada

Today we’re showcasing our agricultural film washing line in Canada, designed to process around 1200 kilograms per hour of PP and PE film. This system takes contaminated agricultural film and transforms it into clean, densified material ready for reuse.

First Floating Tank

The process begins in the first floating tank. Agricultural film arrives via a screw conveyor and floats while heavier debris such as sand and dirt sink to the bottom. This step efficiently removes the most obvious contaminants at the very start.

Centrifugal Drying

After flotation, the film moves into a centrifugal dryer where excess water is spun off. A screw conveyor then transfers the material smoothly into the next stage of cleaning.

Second Floating Tank

The second floating tank repeats the cleaning process with fresher water and controlled flow, ensuring the film comes out even cleaner before further processing.

Control System

An electrical control cabinet oversees the entire operation, ensuring stable performance and efficient coordination between each stage of the line.

Moisture Removal with Squeezers

Once the film exits the tanks, it enters heavy-duty screw-press squeezers. These machines wring out as much moisture as possible, compacting and densifying the film while drastically cutting drying time.

Clean Final Product

The process concludes with a clean, condensed material that is extruded, ready for storage, or for the next stage of processing. The result is agricultural film that has been thoroughly washed and prepared for reuse in recycling applications.
