This is a trial run of our Dissolved Air Flotation Machine (DAF) water treatment system designed specifically for plastic recycling plants. This system in particular will be shipped to and commissioned in Washington, USA. The system receives polymer solution, which can be stirred and stored long enough to obtain the desired consistency. It is primarily used in waste plastic recycling plants, sewage facilities, and other applications that require polymer solutions.
The flotation device generates small bubbles by dissolving gas into the water. This causes waste particles with similar densities to adhere together and become smaller than the surrounding water, allowing them to rise to the surface for liquid-solid or liquid-liquid separation.
