This video is the trial run of our 2,000 kg/hr HDPE bottle washing line to be serviced in Australia. The finished product is cleaned HDPE regrind to be used as an additive to make new HDPE bottles.
This HDPE bottle plastic washing line starts with a flat chain conveyor that leads to a debaler, this is a machine that automatically breaks open the baled HDPE bottles. The operator can place 4-5 bales on the chain conveyor all at once helping you save on labor costs.
The following machines are the trommel, sorting platform, granulator, sink float tank, centrifugal dryer, zig zag separator and storage hopper.
