This video shows the trial run of our 500 kg/hr plastic film squeezer and densifying recycling system. This system offers major advantages over traditional thermal and centrifugal dryer systems. With this newly developed plastic film drying system, the finished densified plastic has moisture content under 3%.
This allows the capacity for extruders or pelletizers to increase by more than 30% improving over efficiently greatly. Additionally, the material from the plastic film squeezer can be fed directly into the extruder without a compactor which saves power and operating cost for the whole plastic film washing plant.
