This is a trial run of our 300 kg/hr PP PE Film pelletizing line for a customer in Auburn, USA that processes clean PP PE plastic films. Originally, the customer wanted a processing line with a capacity of 200 kg/hr, however, by using our latest screw design we were able to increase the actual capacity of this recycling line to more than 300 kg/hr.
Our customer is very happy with our equipment and has just purchased another 800 kg/hr HDPE regrind pelletizing line from us. With the new screw design, power consumption greatly reduced lowering the average power consumption of 100KGS pellets production to merely 30 KWH.
