In January 2025, we were pleased to reconnect with Ben, a long-term customer from the USA who has consistently expressed satisfaction with our equipment. Over the years, Ben’s team has relied on Amstar machinery for stable, efficient production, and as his recycling capacity continued to grow, he once again reached out to us—this time to expand with a higher-capacity HDPE recycling line.

With new production targets in place, Ben planned to upgrade to a 1,000 kg/hr HDPE crushing and washing line. As soon as he contacted us, our team began reviewing his updated layout, material characteristics, and output requirements. Thanks to our established cooperation and Ben’s clear, straightforward communication, both sides aligned quickly. Within just one week of technical and commercial discussions, the project was fully confirmed.

The upgraded system offers stable performance, strong cleaning efficiency, reliable density separation, and improved final-product quality, fully supporting Ben’s expanded production needs.
