PROJECT OVERVIEW
In 2024, we had the opportunity to work with Dan, based in Alberta, Canada, who was looking to establish a reliable and efficient system for recycling PP PE plastic films.
From the early stages of communication, Dan demonstrated a strong understanding of film recycling challenges, particularly in handling contaminated and lightweight materials. His clear requirements and prompt feedback allowed us to quickly define a suitable technical solution.
Based on the project needs, we engineered a complete PP PE film crushing and washing line, designed for continuous operation, effective contaminant removal, and high-efficiency drying.
The system is specially optimized for film materials, ensuring:
- Stable feeding and size reduction
- Intensive washing to remove dirt, sand, and organic contaminants
- Efficient dewatering and drying
- Final output suitable for pelletizing or direct reuse
With close collaboration and efficient communication, the project progressed smoothly from design confirmation to production and delivery.
This installation in Alberta stands as another successful example of delivering high-capacity, film recycling solutions tailored to real production conditions.
P.S. Dan, we sincerely appreciate your trust and collaboration throughout this project.
This 1000 kg/hr PP PE film washing line delivered to Alberta once again demonstrates Amstar’s commitment to delivering reliable, high-performance, turnkey recycling solutions tailored to real-world production needs.
