HDPE PLASTICS WASHING LINE – CHARLOTTE, USA

PROJECT OVERVIEW

At the end of 2024, we had the pleasure of connecting with Andy, a customer from Charlotte, USA, who was looking for a reliable solution to recycle HDPE plastics at a capacity of 500 kg/hr.

From our first conversation, Andy demonstrated a clear and practical understanding of his recycling goals. Throughout our technical discussions, he communicated with exceptional clarity and efficiency, enabling us to quickly align on the right configuration for his plant.

Based on Andy’s requirements, we designed a complete HDPE plastics washing line, optimized for stable operation, effective dirt removal, and high-quality output flakes.

This process layout ensures intensive washing, density separation, and efficient drying — resulting in clean HDPE flakes suitable for reuse in downstream production.

Thanks to Andy’s quick responses and professional input, the entire project—from engineering confirmation to production—progressed smoothly and efficiently.

P.S. Andy, we greatly appreciate your trust and collaboration.

This 500 kg/hr HDPE washing line delivered to Charlotte is another strong example of Amstar’s commitment to providing high-performance, turnkey recycling systems tailored to local market needs.
