Complete Separation System Overview

The system is designed to deliver stable feeding, precise magnetic separation, and highly efficient non-ferrous recovery. It consists of three key components:

  • Vibratory Feeder
  • High Intensity Separation Conveyor
  • Eddy Current Separator

Step 1: Stable Material Feeding

The process begins with the Vibratory Feeder, which evenly distributes the crushed E-waste materials across the processing line. Consistent feeding ensures smooth material flow and improves overall separation efficiency.

Step 2: Magnetic Impurity Removal

Before entering the Eddy Current Separator, the materials pass through the High Intensity Separation Conveyor. This stage removes magnetic impurities and ferrous contaminants, preparing the material stream for accurate non-ferrous separation.

Step 3: Advanced Eddy Current Separation

At the core of the system is the Eddy Current Separator, powered by a high-speed magnetic rotor. Using advanced eddy current technology, the machine efficiently separates valuable ICW PCB and non-ferrous materials from the remaining waste stream.

The final outputs are clearly divided into:

  • Tailings
  • ICW PCB & Non-Ferrous Materials
