PP Film Recycling Process
The PP film recycling process begins with automatic feeding. Waste PP film is continuously conveyed into the compactor, where the lightweight film is cut, compacted, and densified to provide more stable feeding into the extruder.
The compacted material then enters the extruder for controlled melting and plasticization.
During extrusion, the degassing system helps remove moisture and volatile gases, while the melt filtration system removes impurities from the molten plastic.
After filtration, the clean plastic melt enters the water-ring pelletizing system, where it is cut into uniform recycled plastic pellets.
The finished pellets are then cooled, dried, and transferred to the storage silo.
