For clean PE and PP production scrap, a complete washing and conventional pelletizing line may be more than you actually need. The AMWP Waterless Pelletizing Machine is designed for clean post-industrial plastic waste such as film edge trims, rejected products, and factory scrap. Instead of relying on multiple heating zones, it uses self-friction plasticizing technology, with only the die head heated to approximately 110–120°C.

The rotating screw creates most of the heat required for plasticizing through friction between the material, screw, and barrel. This reduces dependence on external heating and helps limit unnecessary thermal degradation during recycling.
