Complete Production Process

Advanced Two-Stage Extrusion System
At the heart of the production line are the SJ-160/33 primary extruder and SJ-180/10 secondary extruder.
The first-stage extruder efficiently melts and plasticizes the recycled agricultural LLDPE flakes, while the second-stage extruder further homogenizes the melt, ensuring improved material quality and stable output. This two-stage design reduces fluctuations during production and helps produce pellets with consistent physical properties.
High-Efficiency Filtration for Cleaner Pellets
Recycled agricultural film often contains fine contaminants that can negatively affect pellet quality. To address this challenge, the production line combines multiple filtration technologies.
The system is equipped with:
- 80-mesh continuous screen changer
- 150-mesh dual-plate laser filter
This dual filtration configuration continuously removes impurities from the molten plastic without interrupting production. As a result, the finished pellets exhibit excellent cleanliness, improved appearance, and greater consistency, making them suitable for demanding downstream applications.
Water-Ring Pelletizing for Uniform Granules
Following extrusion and filtration, the molten plastic enters the water-ring pelletizing system.
This technology enables:
- Consistent pellet size of 3–5 mm
- Smooth pellet surfaces
- Stable cutting performance
- High production efficiency
The pellets are then dried by a centrifugal dryer before passing through a vibration screening system to remove oversized or undersized particles. Finally, a pneumatic conveying system transports the finished pellets into a storage silo, completing the automated production process.
Intelligent PLC Control for Reliable Operation
The entire pelletizing line is controlled by a Siemens PLC automation system, providing centralized control and real-time monitoring of all production stages.
