Efficient Water Treatment for Plastic Recycling: 5m³/h DAF System

Welcome to our presentation of the 5 cubic meter per hour Dissolved Air Flotation water treatment system. Designed for plastic recycling operations, this compact and efficient unit ensures high-quality water reuse by effectively removing suspended solids, oils, and grease from wastewater. Its modular design allows for easy integration into existing washing lines, making it an ideal solution for sustainable recycling processes.

These are the dosing tanks for Poly Aluminium Chloride (PAC) and Polyacrylamide (PAM). These chemicals play a crucial role in coagulating and flocculating contaminants, enhancing the flotation process. The PAC neutralizes charges on particles, while PAM binds them into larger flocs, facilitating their removal by the microbubbles generated in the flotation tank.

Upon activation, the system pumps wastewater into the flotation tank, where compressed air is dissolved under pressure. As the air is released, millions of fine bubbles form, adhering to the flocs and causing them to rise to the surface. A scraper then removes the floating sludge, leaving behind clarified water that can be recycled back into the washing line.

This DAF system offers significant advantages for plastic recycling operations. By treating and recycling water on-site, it reduces water consumption and lowers operational costs.
